Dynamic Osteopathy is based in Westgate, Chichester and also Southbourne. We provide gentle, safe, effective treatment for the whole family, from newborn to later life, and all stages in between.

Our osteopathic treatment is aimed at optimising the mobility, function and health of your body, enabling you to maximise your quality of life and vitality.

Although Osteopaths are best known for our treatment of backs and necks, we do in fact treat the whole body. This includes, for example, relief from:

Back and neck problems
Shoulder, arm and hand problems
Headaches, facial pain and stress
Hip, knee, ankle and foot problems
Sciatica and ‘trapped nerves’
Sports and accidental injuries
‘Slipped discs’

Dynamic Osteopathy is run by Osteopath Zena Hewett, who is a graduate of the College of Osteopaths (London). She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association. She works to the highest professional standards, and puts your safety and care above all else.

Consultations are by appointment, with evening and Saturday clinics also available in Chichester. Free onsite parking is available at both clinics.
